Wow... just finished TR with 86 % completion. With one restart after about 1h of game I'd say it took me about 20h. I didn’t go nuts with exploring but kept it did an ok job in every area almost. There is still about 5h of game time in there I think.

About the game though, I think it was absolutely great. As it stands it’s the Uncharted of PC – a light adventure with puzzle elements. You get to explore the fairly good looking island and as you do you pick up treasures and diaries that give you hints about people and the history of the island. There are several tombs to discover all including a little common sense puzzle to solve in order to get to the „cake“.

The game play is solid with mouse and keyboard in my case feeling very natural. The weapons are a bit unbalanced; I would have liked to see some more powerful weapons and silencers early on, so there would have been more use to other weapons than the bow. The ladder is very fun to use though.
Graphics are decent, nothing to write home about. New Lara looks great. Rest of the characters are not very strong but then again they don’t play a very big role in the game.

All in all, fall all you adventure fans this is something you can’t miss and for others I think it’s good enough to just give it a try. Not an instant classic, but very close in my book. The ending hints to a sequel, so we might just see some more great games.
